This week, I finally made another bread. One of my favorites focaccia bread -- recipe from here.
- olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 pkg yeast
basically you mix the dough together and then put it in the pan to rise for an hour, then bake it for 30 minutes. It smelled divine and was really yummy with oil and vinegar.
I think if I make it again, I'll try a different recipe.

I love Focaccia but mine never ends up as fluffy as the Italian bakery one that I can buy 5 minutes from my house.
