This week we made cheese danish and cheesecake. I would have preferred regular old cheesecake (graham cracker crust, fruit on top), but since I have people who are willing to eat what I make, I felt obligated to make something that they wanted or suffer the consequence of either eating it all myself or throwing it away.
Here's how it looked.
I would have had pictures of the process but my phone ended up in the water on Friday and the replacement hasn't gotten here yet.
