Now that we have a new house, it's time to make bread. It was beastly hot the day I made this (August 14) -- probably 90-100 degrees but sometimes bread has to come first.
The bread was supposed to be baked in a dutch oven, but unfortunately I didn't have one so I just baked it on a sheet pan. It looks good -- tasted okay but was very crusty. I have borrowed a dutch oven for the next time.
