Jan 29 - the bed
Jan 30 - tomorrow I start the Couch to 5K (using the 10K app)
(Nevada is encouraging me to do this with her. I will start tomorrow at lunch, unless it's raining.)
Feb 3 - Soda bread - with cheese and rosemary
Feb 4 - homemade potato chips
