I really hate to exercise but I'm trying really hard ... walked on the treadmill tonight for 1 hour 15 minutes - 5.5 miles. I really want to make it, lose weight, and get into shape .. I just don't know if I can stick with it.

just keep at it. sometimes it makes it worth it. I need to walk the dog faster but don't even feel like doing it at all.
