I am finally linking up with Shay at QIMP to share a favorite -- I almost missed it.
My favorite this week is this tree.
I don't know if I've posted pictures of it before. I probably have. It's in my favorite place, Eagle Harbor, Michigan. Every time I am there, I take at least one picture of it. It's probably over 100 years old. There used to be two of them, but the other one didn't make it through the winter one year. (They have horrible winters there and since it's right on Lake Superior, some terrific storms too.)
Here are a few more pictures ..

I love that you take multiple pictures of the same spot. I have a favorite place to visit when we camp and I do the same thing.
I have a few tress I love as well and take pics again and again of.
Great fav.
I want to go to Michigan and see you and Paul and the Tree.
It looks slightly different in each picture. What a wonderful old tree with special meaning for you and a load of history.
I wonder how many people have sat under it and taken pictures of it over the years?
I used to have a tree, it was in the centre of our block and I spent about a decade sitting up in it, before it got old and fell down. It wasn't as photogenic as yours, but it was better for climbing :)
oh I love that tree! I wish I was going to Michigan this summer. But it's definitely not happening
Beautiful place. It's easy to see why it's a favorite.
What a great place. The tree with the yellow sky background is especially breathtaking. I think you could sell posters or prints!
