15 Minute Challenge - Week 10

Here's my report for this week's sewing.

Tuesday - quilted Raiders Quilt
Wednesday - finished quilting Raiders Quilt
Thursday - trimmed Raiders quilt; made binding; sewed binding
Friday - finished hand sewing binding
Saturday - nothing (washed and dried Raiders Quilt)
Sunday - worked on design for child-sized quilt
Monday - cut and sewed blocks for csq

I need to come up with a name for this new quilt I'm working on.  The front will be pieced with flannel and the back will be a solid minkee sort of fabric.  Here are the fabrics for the quilt -- two yards of each.

I especially love the three fabrics in the first photo.

I continue to be crap at names, but I can spot an adorable animal print, and you've scored two there... and the white upside down dog looks like mine.

I love the feel of minkee but I've never backed a quilt in it. Let us know what it's like to work with.

All of the fabrics for the new quilt are so pretty.

You had a good week and if you're already planning another project I'm guessing you've got mojo to share!

Pretty good week, washing a quilt counts I recon. I am a bit late in the return visit, been one of those weeks but I have got a bit of sewing in.

Wow 6 out of 7 days, very productive.

My apologies for not following up sooner, the lap top issues and no Internet over Spring Break have made it hard for me to navigate Blog land these days.
