I've been reading lots of blog complaints about blogger's word verification. I find the double word entry really annoying -- though it doesn't seem to reject whatever I type in. Anyhow, I decided to remove word verification and to turn comment moderation back on. I'll try this for a bit and see how it goes.
Oh, is today Wednesday? I'll have to find a picture to post.

Yay thank you, word verification is driving me nuts. I haven't had a problem since I stopped word verification on my blog some time ago. Only one spam comment since then and it went straight to the spam comments folder!
Spam! Spam! Cheap pills from Canada! Big Willys! Nigerian Bankers!
Nah, I think the word verification has gotten too hard too. Not the fact that it's two words, just the fact that it's soooo speckly now that you can barely read it.
One of the *cough illegal cough* mp3 websites I use occasionally have a simple sum for their verification. I like it, athough I am good at math. It seems a sensible response for blogger too - "You are too stupid to work out what 7 - 2 is. Your comment was probably therefore inane and stupid, and has been refused no matter if you're a real person or a spambot. Please take your stupididty elsewhere."
Admittedly, the world would be a lot weirder place if I was put in charge, but at least I would get a giggle from it.
