January's Start

One of my goals this year is to start a new project each month -- preferably a quilt -- but at least some sort of project.  I'm thinking something that takes more than one day being the qualifier; or maybe something that takes several hours. hmmm.  Well, whatever.  I'll decide if something qualifies as I go.

This month I started a quilt.  A jelly roll, similar to the one I just finished, but larger and pinker.

I have a Christmas themed jelly roll that I've put off cutting for two years. I can't decide exactly what I want to do with it! You need to give me some ideas. ;)

Now there's a good idea - a start a month, might just have to join you! Looking forward to seeing how your jelly roll turns out, very intriguing!

LOVE jelly roll quilts - quick, simple, and oh so pretty!

If I started a new project every month Im sure I'd have 12 new WIP's by the end of the year . Once I have cleared my unfinished list though I may just play along !

That's not a bad idea, although I probably need to concentrate more on a finish a month!
Interested to see what you do with the jelly roll.

I did that last year and it was a lot of fun. I got a lot of fabric off the shelves and into projects. Now I just need to finish a few of them. Have fun!
