It is a small baby quilt -- I think it's about 36 x 36. I love the flannel on the back -- the rocket ships are great! I should probably get more in case Katie's baby is a boy ... of course, Katie may already know what she's having, but she hasn't shared it with me ..

#1 Finish
Under the pressure of an upcoming baby shower, I have my first finish of the year. Although I made the quilt top last year, I just finished it today. The pattern came from here and the fabric is V and Co Simply Style (I totally copied from here, though my quilt looks smaller ...).

I love it. I have my table runner from March of last year that is waiting for the binding. Sigh.
I love the geometric patterns.
We don't know yet if it's a boy or girl we are supposed to find out very soon - I'm sure Dustin will broadcast it from the Doctor's Office. I think we are going to make the nursery white & black and then just add in accent colors regardless of the sex.
I love it.
Cute quilt, love the Colors.
Absolutely lovely. I think this would be just as wonderful for a boy or a girl. There aren't any rules any more when it comes to baby quilts. Your first finish for the year is a winner!
Whooooo Hooooo congratulations Katie and Dustin! Thats awesome news.
I love the colors and pattern. That's a quilt that will grow with the baby. Very nice.
Congrats on the first finish. The flannel on the back is fun. I can see this one being drug to the breakfast table by a sleepy toddler somewhere down the road.
I really like the colours and the pattern too. Yay on a finish already. It's a great start to the year.
Yep!
That is a beautiful quilt!
Keep on sewing.
