Books made into movies -- tell me, is it better to see the movie before or after reading the book. I just read/saw Water for Elephants and think I should have seen the movie first, because I was just a little disappointed.

Great Favs love them. I think it's a favourite being happy enough to have favs. It's hard to know with books and movies. I always prefer the book first and more often than not am disappointed with the movie but that's just me.
Being able to make a list of favs is great. Maybe one should do that at the end of each day. For me, reading a book first, if well written, out does a movie every time.
I have that same cup in 6 colors and I love love love it.

So interesting that we don't all like all the same things! I do think that the monopoly fabric is a great choice. Do need to rub it in when I say that when you are retired every weekend is a 3 day weekend. My favorite font is Georgia!
I'm with you on the pizza and the clean desk.
Usually if Ive read the book I dont enjoy the movie nearly as much.
And I LOVE crossing things off my lists of things to do .
