K is for Knitting

K is for knitting.

My mother and my grandmother (my father's mother) were both prolific knitters.  My mother never went anywhere without her knitting.

I haven't really followed in their footsteps.  I can sort of knit -- to get by, but nothing like them.  Here's a blanket I made for my oldest grandson.
